Title: More information

Animals
Guide dogs and hearing dogs can travel on Ring & Ride vehicles free of charge. For the comfort and safety of all our passengers, other dogs and pets are not allowed.

Children
Young children should always have a responsible adult with them.

If you need a car seat or booster cushions for a young child to travel, please discuss this with the depot when you book your journey.

Travelling companions
You may bring a friend, relative or carer with you on your journey. They do not need to be registered as a member of Ring & Ride.

Luggage
Customers are asked to restrict the amount of bags and other items they carry with them on their journey as there is no specific storage space on Ring & Ride vehicles. As a general rule, each passenger may take up to two to three bags of shopping.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on any Ring & Ride vehicle.
