Senior Supervisors assist the Depot Manager to ensure the Ring & Ride service is operated in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner and to ensure that drivers and vehicles are fully utilised through cost effective scheduling. You will also deputise for the Depot Manager and be responsible for recruiting, training, developing and supervising staff at the depot.
You must be highly motivated, with good communication and administrative skills, including basic budgetary control, and must have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. You must have a clean driving licence, including category D1, as you will be required to drive minibuses.

Salary: Starting on £19,034 per year (£9.76 per hour) progressing to £21,241 per year (£10.89 per hour)
