The Depot Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the depot, including the recruitment, training, development and supervision of all staff to enable targets to be achieved. You will also be responsible for developing the service according to the requirements of the Company's business plan and within budgetary constraints. Previous supervisory experience, good administration and interpersonal skills and a full clean current driving licence are essential.
You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There is a need for flexibility as you will be required to cover shifts, including at weekends, when needed.

Salary: Starting on £22,628 per year (£11.60 per hour) progressing to £23,372 per year (£11.99 per hour)
