As a Senior Customer Advisor you will oversee a team of Customer Advisors at a depot, delivering a friendly and responsive service to customers in the registering, booking and scheduling of journeys. It is essential that you have good communication and administrative skills. You will be required to work between approximately 9.00am and 5.00pm on five over seven days. Full training will be provided and benefits include uniform, occupational sick and pension schemes.
Salary: Starting on £6.97 per hour progressing to £7.57 per hour
